This morning…

…we had homemade organic sourdough croissants for breakfast. How fancy is that!

Warren is busy practicing. In two weeks time we are headed to Boston where he is teaching a workshop called The Art of Baking Bread and an Evolving Picture of Human Conciousness at the Rudolf Steiner Institute. Next week will be bagels. what a shame.

Hoje nós comemos croissants orgânicos feitos com fermento natural (ou levan) de café da manhã. Que chique!

Warren está treinando. Em duas semanas vamos para Boston onde ele vai dar uma oficina chamada The Art of Baking Bread and an Evolving Picture of Human Conciousness at the Rudolf Steiner Institute. Semana que vem vai ser bagels (aquele pão redondinho com um furo no meio, que parece uma rosca). Que chato.
